Terms & conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by RAA Enterprises Ltd, trading as RAA Plumbing and Gas Services (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]).

Quotes and prices

We confirm the price before starting work. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If we find something unexpected that changes the price, we'll explain it and get your agreement before continuing.

Emergency call-outs

Emergency call-out charges are explained on the phone before an engineer is sent: [CALL-OUT CHARGE DETAILS].

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing: [PAYMENT TERMS].

Guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed for [GUARANTEE PERIOD]. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and parts are passed on to you.

Cancellations

If you book work at home you can cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless you ask us to start sooner. Emergency work you ask us to carry out straight away can't be cancelled once done.
