This policy explains how RAA Enterprises Ltd, trading as RAA Plumbing and Gas Services (company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS]), collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller. ICO registration: [ICO REGISTRATION NUMBER].

What we collect

When you call us, email us or use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you need and anything you tell us in your message. When we carry out work we also keep the property address and job records, including gas safety certificates.

If you apply to work with us, we also collect your trade, experience, qualifications, Gas Safe number, availability and any CV you upload.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out work, issue certificates and invoices, and meet our legal duties as Gas Safe registered engineers. Applications are used only to consider you for work with us. Our legal bases are your consent (given when you tick the box on our forms), taking steps to enter a contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the business, such as our form provider FormSubmit (which delivers website form messages to our email), email and accounting software, and the Gas Safe Register where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become work are deleted after 12 months. Job applications are deleted after 6 months. Job records and gas safety certificates are kept for at least the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@raaplumbingandgasservices.com. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
